| Terms and conditions of account assignment |
- ATDRS only accepts apparel and textile industry related accounts for collection. The client must guarantee that all assignments for collection are valid claims.
- The client must guarantee that all supporting documents forwarded to ATDRS are true and accurate and must authorize ATDRS to use it in the pursuit of collecting the claims from the debtors account.
- The client guarantees that all claims against an assigned parties account are accurate and lawful in all respects.
- In case that legal action is necessary, an attorney will be selected by ATDRS and will be deemed an employee or agent of ATDRS
- ATDRS and/or attorney are not empowered to file a suit or any legal action without expressed authority from the client.
- ATDRS will pursue recourse pursuant to the bill of lading. Should a client have any special requests, the client must advise ATDRS in writing at the time of account assignment.
- Client hereby authorizes ATDRS and/or attorney to appropriately endorse, for deposit and collection, any remittances received from debtor, and to deduct therefrom its lawful fee(s).
