We offer:

A. Standard collection procedures involving the sending of debt assignment notifications, demand letters as well as making phone calls to debtor companies. If no payment or request for settlement is received within one week we inform the debtor that they will be placed on our warning list at http://www.atdrs-ltd.com This list is emailed weekly to 40,000 garment manufactures worldwide. Collection fee is 20% of the collected amount, payable after successful debt recovery only.

If unsuccessful, we will ask the client for approval to continue with:

B. In addition to A above, we involve our associated law firm in the debtor’s country. Fees increase in line with the additional work. Collection fee is 25% of collected amount, payable after successful debt recovery only. Generally, the success rate is around 60%.

In the event that we still cannot collect (and all parties agree that the outstanding
debt allows for further action) we may continue with:

C. In addition to both A and B above, which are pre-court and contingency based, we now take the debtor to court. The cost for the client are:

--court costs are generally in the area of USD 500-700
--40% fee contingent on collection (no collection, no fee)

Our lawyers would not recommend legal action unless they thought there was a good chance
to win and collect.

Our lawyers have a lot of experience in debt recovery. We do not go to court unless the client agrees to the terms of each individual case. In most cases, we either collect without law suit or find the debtor is out of business and uncollectible, so no law suit is necessary.
